Atishay Infotech Ltd filed DRHP on BSE SME Platform

Eighty Fourth SME company filed DRHP on BSE SME Platform


Mumbai, August 27, 2014: SEBI has come out with detail guidelines on 18th May, 2010 for launching of SME Exchange/Platform. BSE Ltd became the first stock exchange to get the approval from SEBI and launch its SME platform on 13th March, 2012. Atishay Infotech Ltd became the 84th company to submit their DRHP on the BSE SME Platform on August 27, 2014. The company proposes to come out with an initial public offering of  23,20,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- EACH (“EQUITY SHARES”) FOR CASH AT A PRICE OF Rs 16/- PER EQUITY SHARE(THE “ISSUE PRICE”),AGGREGATING TO `371.20’ lacs.

 

Atishay Infotech Limited is a Bhopal based company engaged in Information Technology Database Management-Governance Services including Large Scale Data Entry and Scanning Solutions, Digitization Services, Document Conversion and data Base Management of highest quality. Mumbai based Hem Securities Ltd is the lead manager for the company.
