Seventy-Fourth & Seventy-Fifth SME Company to get listed on BSE SME Platform
Mumbai, October 21, 2014: SEBI has come out with detail guidelines on 18th May, 2010 for launching of SME Exchange/Platform. BSE Ltd became the first stock exchange to get the approval from SEBI and launch its SME platform on 13th March, 2012. POWERHOUSE FITNESS AND REALTY LIMITED & VIBRANT GLOBAL CAPITAL LIMITED became the 74th & 75th company to get listed on the BSE SME Platform on October 21, 2014. The companies had successfully completed its public issue on October 09 October & 07, 2014. POWERHOUSE FITNESS AND REALTY LIMITED came out with an initial public offering of 24,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- EACH (“EQUITY SHARES”) FOR CASH AT A PRICE OF Rs 30/- PER EQUITY SHARE(THE “ISSUE PRICE”), AGGREGATING TO `720’ lacs. VIBRANT GLOBAL CAPITAL LIMITED came out with an initial public offering of 60,42,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- EACH (“EQUITY SHARES”) FOR CASH AT A PRICE OF Rs 19/- PER EQUITY SHARE(THE “ISSUE PRICE”),AGGREGATING TO `1147.98’ lacs.
POWERHOUSE FITNESS AND REALTY LIMITED is fitness chain operating in Mumbai and also have the presence in Surat and Jaipur through their franchise. They operate Gyms under the brand “Powerhouse Gyms” which is owned by Powerhouse Gyms International headquartered in Detroit, USA. Mumbai based Frist Overseas Capital Limited is the lead manager for the company.
VIBRANT GLOBAL CAPITAL LIMITED is a Non-Deposit accepting NBFC registered with The “Reserve Bank of India” under Section 45 IA of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934. Jaipur based Hem Securities Limited is the lead manager for the company.
