Dhabriya Polywood Limited list on BSE SME Platform

Seventy-Second SME Company to get listed on BSE SME Platform


Mumbai, October 17, 2014: SEBI has come out with detail guidelines on 18th May, 2010 for launching of SME Exchange/Platform. BSE Ltd became the first stock exchange to get the approval from SEBI and launch its SME platform on 13th March, 2012. Dhabriya Polywood Limited became the 72nd company to get listed on the BSE SME Platform on October 17, 2014. The companies had successfully completed its public issue on October 07, 2014.  Dhabriya Polywood Limited came out with an initial public offering of  22,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- EACH (“EQUITY SHARES”) FOR CASH AT A PRICE OF Rs 15/- PER EQUITY SHARE(THE “ISSUE PRICE”),AGGREGATING TO `330’ lacs.

 

Dhabriya Polywood Limited are mainly into the business of manufacturing and selling of PVC profiles and fabrication of uPVC Doors and allied products. Jaipur based Hem Securities Limited is the lead manager for the company.
