Sixty Second & Sixty Third SME company to get listed on BSE SME Platform
Mumbai, July 14, 2014: SEBI has come out with detail guidelines on 18th May, 2010 for launching of SME Exchange/Platform. BSE Ltd became the first stock exchange to get the approval from SEBI and launch its SME platform on 13th March, 2012. Bansal Roofing Product Ltd & Oasis Tradelink Limited became the 62nd & 63rd company to get listed on the BSE SME Platform on July 14, 2014. The companies had successfully completed its public issue on June 30, 2014. Bansal Roofing Product Ltd came out with an initial public offering of 6,80,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- EACH (“EQUITY SHARES”) FOR CASH AT A PRICE OF Rs 30/- PER EQUITY SHARE(THE “ISSUE PRICE”),AGGREGATING TO `204.00’ lacs. Oasis Tradelink Limited came out with an initial public offering of 20,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- EACH (“EQUITY SHARES”) FOR CASH AT A PRICE OF Rs 30/- PER EQUITY SHARE(THE “ISSUE PRICE”),AGGREGATING TO `600.00’ lacs
Bansal Roofing Product Ltd is Gujarat based company engaged in Marketing and Manufacturing of roofing sheets, FRP Roof Sheets, Polycarbonate Sheets, Eco Ventilators and other miscellaneous Roofing Accessories. Mumbai based HEM Securities Limited is the lead manager for the company.
Oasis Tradelink Limited is Gujarat based company engaged in trading and marketing of branded and packaged edible oils business. Kolkata based Guiness Corporate Advisors Pvt. Ltd. is the lead manager for the company.
