U P Power Corporation Limited successfully raised Rs. 4498.20 crore on BSE BOND platform
Mumbai, December 05, 2017: BSE, Asia’s oldest exchange and now world’s fastest stock exchange with the speed of 6 microseconds had launched the platform for Electronic Book Mechanism “BSE BOND” for issuance of debt securities on private placement basis , on 1st July 2016. BSE platforms for bond issuances have been a preferred choice for companies to raise Debt Capital in India. It has enabled corporate India to raise debt capital of Rs. 3,43,386 crore till date
On December 04, 2017, U P Power Corporation Limited successfully raised a whopping Rs. 4498.20 crore on the BSE BOND platform. In this Financial Year 2017-18, till December 04, 2017, 64 Issuers have done 295 issues of bonds and have successfully raised Rs. 1,28,209 crore using BSE Debt platforms.
