Four SME Companies got listed today on BSE SME Platform

Mumbai, October 17, 2016: SEBI came out with detailed guidelines on 18^th May, 2010 for launching of SME Exchange/Platform. BSE became the first stock exchange to get the approval from SEBI and launch its SME platform on 13^th March, 2012.

 

Aditya Consumer Marketing Limited became 156^th company respectively to get listed on the BSE SME Platform on October 17, 2016. Aditya Consumer Marketing      Limited  came out with an initial public offering of 40,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- Each (“Equity Shares”) For Cash At a Price Of Rs.15/- Per Equity Share(The “Issue Price”), Aggregating to Rs.‘600’ lacs. The company has successfully completed its public issue on October 5, 2016. Aditya Consumer Marketing Limited is a Bihar based Company whose registered office is at Patna. The company operates and manages chain of supermarkets, Salon & Spa services, fine dining restaurants providing multi-cuisine foods and beverages. Take-away-express services, Banquet and Conference halls for corporate events and private parties at various locations of Patna in the state of Bihar, India.

 

 

Shashijit Infraprojects Limited became 157^th company respectively to get listed on the BSE SME Platform on October 17, 2016. Shashijit Infraprojects Limited  came out with an initial public offering of 23,28,000 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- Each (“Equity Shares”) For Cash At a Price Of Rs.15/- Per Equity Share(The “Issue Price”), Aggregating to Rs.‘349.20’ lacs. The company has successfully completed its public issue on October 6, 2016. Shashijit Infraprojects Limited is a Gujarat based Company whose registered office is at Vapi. The company is engaged in the business of industrial and infrastructure contracting. Its scope of work includes civil construction for industrial and residential projects, power plants, ETP plants, power service stations. The company focuses on developing industrial and residential projects.

 

 

Bindal Exports Limited became 158^th company respectively to get listed on the BSE SME Platform on October 17, 2016. Bindal Exports Limited  came out with an initial public offering of 12,48,000 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- Each (“Equity Shares”) For Cash At a Price Of Rs.16/- Per Equity Share(The “Issue Price”), Aggregating to Rs.‘199.68’ lacs. The company has successfully completed its public issue on October 6, 2016. Bindal Exports Limited is a Gujarat based Company whose registered office is at Surat. The company is engaged in the business of supplying fabrics, trading of grey cloth and finished fabrics and job work of fabrics such as embroidery work, Tikli work, glitter work etc. The company’s product portfolio comprises of wide range of fabrics such as polyester, Viscose, rayon etc. Its products are mainly used by garment houses for manufacturing of garments in the apparel industry.

 

 

Mewar Hi-Tech Engineering Limited became 159^th company respectively to get listed on the BSE SME Platform on October 17, 2016. Mewar Hi-Tech Engineering Limited  came out with an initial public offering of 10,62,000 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- Each (“Equity Shares”) For Cash At a Price Of Rs.22/- Per Equity Share(The “Issue Price”), Aggregating to Rs.‘233.64’ lacs. The company has successfully completed its public issue on October 6, 2016. Mewar Hi-Tech Engineering Limited is a Rajasthan based Company whose registered office is at Udaipur. The company is engaged in manufacturing of heavy manufacturing machines and industrial material handling equipments including pre-engineering building sheds, cranes, sand machines, concrete mixture machines, batch mixing plants, RMC (ready-mix concrete) plants, industrial products for crushing plants, Double toggle  Grease/Oil Crusher, Single Toggle Grease Jaw Crusher, Vibrating screen, Horizontal Shaft Impactor, Vertical Shaft Impactor and cone crusher and other crushing, screening and customized size reduction equipments.

 

Mumbai based Pantomath Capital Advisors Private Limited was the lead manager for Shashijit Infraprojects Limited, Bindal Exports Limited & Mewar Hi-Tech Engineering Limited.

 

Kolkata based Guiness Corporate Advisors Private limited was the lead manager for Aditya Consumer Marketing Limited.

 

The 159 companies listed on BSE SME Platform have raised Rs.1227.95 crores from the market and total market capitalization of 159 companies as on 17^th October, 2016 is 15,146.50 Crores. BSE is the market leader in this segment with a market share of 89 percent.
