Jet Infraventure Limited list on BSE SME Platform
Seventy-ninety SME Company lists on BSE SME Platform
Mumbai, November 25, 2014: SEBI has come out with detail guidelines on 18th May, 2010 for launching of SME Exchange/Platform. BSE Ltd became the first stock exchange to get the approval from SEBI and launch its SME platform on 13th March, 2012. Jet Infraventure Limited became the 79th company to get listed on the BSE SME Platform on November 25, 2014. The companies had successfully completed its public issue on November 11, 2014. Jet Infraventure Limited came out with an initial public offering of 3,60,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- EACH (“EQUITY SHARES”) FOR CASH AT A PRICE OF Rs 125/- PER EQUITY SHARE(THE “ISSUE PRICE”),AGGREGATING TO `450.00’ lacs.
Jet Infraventure Limited is growing real estate Development Company headquartered in Mumbai and focusing on residential projects. The Company sub-contracts projects to third party contractors. They executed residential projects in the States of Maharashtra and Gujarat. Mumbai based Pantomath Capital Advisors Private Limited is the lead manager for the company.
