Akme Star Housing Finance Limited list on BSE SME Platform

Eighty Sixth SME Company lists on BSE SME Platform

Mumbai, March 20, 2015: SEBI has come out with detail guidelines on 18^th May, 2010 for launching of SME Exchange/Platform. BSE Limited became the first stock exchange to get the approval from SEBI and launch its SME platform on 13^th March, 2012. Akme Star Housing Finance Limited became the 86^thcompany to get listed on the BSE SME Platform on March 20, 2015. Akme Star Housing Finance Limited came out with an initial public offering of 16,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- EACH (“EQUITY SHARES”) FOR CASH AT A PRICE OF Rs 30/- PER EQUITY SHARE(THE “ISSUE PRICE”),AGGREGATING TO `480’ lacs. The companies had successfully completed its public issue on March 05, 2015.

Akme Star Housing Finance Limited were originally incorporated with the name of “Akme Buildhome Private Limited” to tap the potential growth in the housing finance industry of the country on March 17, 2005. The Name of the company was changed to “Akme Star Housing Finance Private limited” on October 23, 2009. Further on the suggestion of NHB it has been further changed to “Akme Star Housing Finance Limited” on November 13, 2009. License from the NHB was also amended and the renewed license no. 12.0080.09 in the name of “Akme Star Housing Finance Limited” was issued on December 24, 2009. The professionally managed housing finance company having it’s headquarter at Udaipur, Rajasthan. Their aim is to provide home loans finance to weaker sections of the society, group housing societies and NGOs engaged in the welfare of the weaker section.

Delhi Based SARTHI CAPITAL ADVISORS PRIVATE LIMITED is the lead manager for the company.
