Sub: Order Under Sections 11, 11(4) and 11B of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 In the matter of trading in Castor Seed Contracts at NCDEX.
Attention of the trading members is invited to the Exchange Notice No. 20170308-39 dated March 08, 2017 confirming the directions issued vide SEBI order no WTM/RKA/ISD/CDD2/26/2016 dated March 02, 2016 (issued vide Exchange notice no 20160302-25 dated March 02, 2016) to be read with SEBI order no WTM/RKA/ISD/CDD2/55/2016 dated May 24, 2016 (issued vide Exchange notice no 20160524-26 dated May 24, 2016) wherein various commodities trading members and their defaulting clients were restrained from buying, selling or dealing in the securities market, either directly or indirectly, in any manner whatsoever, till further directions.
SEBI now, vide its Order no. SEBI/WTM/MPB/60/2018 dated November 14, 2018 has inter alia issued the following directions :
· Revoked the direction(s) issued vide interim order dated March 02, 2016 which were confirmed vide Order dated March 08, 2017 qua the below entities with immediate effect.
