sub: Order under Sections 11, 11(4) and 11B of The Securities and Exchange Board Of India Act, 1992, In Re: Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Fraudulent and Unfair Trade Practices Relating to Securities Market) Regulations, 2003 and SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014 in the matter of Supreme Tex Mart Ltd.
Attention of the trading members is invited to the Exchange Notice No. 20171101-26 dated November 01, 2017 where in SEBI vide its Order no. WTM/MPB/ISD/ 75 /2017 dated November 1, 2017, had inter-alia prohibited various entities from buying, selling or dealing in securities, directly or indirectly, in any manner whatsoever, till further directions.
SEBI, now vide its Order no. WTM/MPB/ISD/52/2018 dated October 30, 2018 hereby confirmed the directions issued vide ad interim ex parte order dated November 01, 2017 against the 9 Noticees as mentioned in the order. Further, the restrictions imposed on Mr. Ram Lal Gupta vide ad interim ex parte order dated November 01, 2017 stands revoked.
This Order shall come into force with immediate effect.
A copy of the said Order is attached herewith and also available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.
Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
