Attention of Members of the Indian Clearing Corporation Ltd. (ICCL) is drawn to the BSE’s Circular No. 20180927-46 dated 27 September 2018, regarding commencement of trading in its Commodity Derivatives Segment w.e.f October 1, 2018. In this connection, Members are hereby informed that ICCL will undertake Clearing and Settlement activities for the BSE’s Commodity Derivatives Segment as per the norms/guidelines issued by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and as per the provisions of Rules, Bye-Laws and Regulations of ICCL and BSE as well as any other circulars/guidelines that may be issued in respect of the same from time to time.
Members are requested to kindly refer the following Annexures for the detailed norms/modalities relating to Collateral Management (Liquid Assets), Risk Management, Clearing & Settlement Process etc.
