This is with reference to Exchange Notice No. 20160927-41, dated September 27, 2016 enclosing SEBI circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD2/CIR/2016/95 dated September 26, 2016 on Enhanced Supervision of Stock Broker, Exchange Notice No. 20161221-20, dated December 21, 2016 enclosing SEBI circular SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD2/CIR/P/2016/138, dated December 20, 2016 on Enhanced Supervision of Stock Brokers – Extension of timeline, Exchange notice no. 20170623-14 dated June 23, 2017 enclosing SEBI circular No. CIR/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD2/CIR/P/2017/64, dated June 22, 2017 on Clarification to Enhanced Supervision Circular.
Further to the above SEBI has issued a circular No. CIR/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD2/CIR/PB/2017/107, dated September 25, 2017 on Clarification to Enhanced Supervision Circular. A copy of the same is attached herewith as Annexure - 1.
