Sub: Addendum to the Order ref no: WTM/GM/EFD/48/2018-19 dated August 06, 2018 in the matter of Inventure Growth and Securities Ltd. (IGSL)
Attention of the trading members is invited to the Exchange Notice No.20180806-33 dated August 06, 2018 wherein SEBI, vide its Order No. WTM/GM/EFD/48/2018-19 dated August 06, 2018, had inter-alia directed Inventure Growth and Securities Ltd and various entities not to access the securities market or buy, sell or otherwise deal in the securities market, either directly or indirectly for a period of 4years from the date of this order.
SEBI, now vide an Addendum Order no. WTM/GM/EFD/48B/2018-19 dated October 16, 2018 has inter alia issued the following clarification, which may be read and treated as part of the captioned SEBI order: -
“While Inventure Growth & Securities Ltd. (IGSL) along with certain other Noticees have been prohibited vide the captioned order from accessing the securities market or buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities market, either directly or indirectly for a period of 4 years, it does not prohibit IGSL from carrying out its activities or functions as a registered intermediary during this period.”
A copy of the said Order is attached herewith and also available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.
Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
