This is with reference to Exchange circular no. 20181027-1 dated October 27th, 2018 for updated Additional Surveillance Measure (ASM) framework. Trading members are requested to note that certain enhancements have been done in Regulatory Indicator file (REG_INDddmmyy.csv) to identify Long Term ASM & Short Term ASM scrips along with stages as per updated framework.
Existing field (number-7) has been renamed to provide Long Term ASM stages and Filler field (Number -10) is used to display Short Term ASM stages. This file will be available daily and will contain security-wise identifiers for all 4 categories ASM (Long Term), ASM (Short Term), SMS and IRP along with Graded Surveillance Measure (GSM) indictor.
The changes in the file have been highlighted in the enclosed file format as ANNEXURE along with sample file.
Trading Members, empanelled trading application vendors (using IML/ETI APIs) as well as back-office vendors are requested to take note of the same and make necessary changes to their respective applications, as applicable.
The exact go-live date shall be communicated through a separate circular.
