National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata Bench, vide its order dated August 21, 2018 had initiated Liquidation process against Eastern Gases Ltd. (Scrip Code: 540790) and appointed Shri. Kuldeep Verma, Insolvency Professional as Liquidator.
Hence, to avoid market complications, trading in the equity shares of Eastern Gases Ltd. (Scrip Code: 540790) will be suspended w.e.f. Friday, September 07, 2018.
