Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Principal Bench New Delhi vide its order dated September 20, 2018 had initiated Liquidation process against Moser Bear India Ltd. (Scrip Code: 517140) and appointed Mr. Anil Kohli Resolution Professional as Liquidator.
Hence, to avoid market complications, trading in the equity shares of Moser Bear India Ltd. (Scrip Code: 517140) will be suspended w.e.f. Thursday, October 11, 2018.
