Sub: Interim Order under Sections 11, 11(4), 11A and 11B of The Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 in the matter of M/s Adhunik Industries Limited (AIL)
Attention of the trading members is invited to the Exchange Notice No. 20170807-31 dated August 07, 2017, to be read with Exchange Notice No. 20170921-25 dated September 21, 2017 in the matter of Adhunik Industries Limited.
SEBI, now vide its Order no. WTM/MPB/ISD/ 42 /2018 dated September 21, 2018 has inter-alia permitted the promoters and directors in AIL only to buy the securities of AIL. The shares held by the promoters and directors in AIL shall not be allowed to be transferred for sale, by depositories.
This Order shall come into force with immediate effect.
A copy of the said Order is attached herewith and also available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.
Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
