Sub: Order under Sections 11(4), 11B and 11D of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 read with Regulation 35 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Intermediaries) Regulations, 2008 in respect of F6 Finserve Pvt. Ltd., F6 Commodities Pvt. Ltd. and others
Attention of the trading members is invited to the Exchange Notice No. 20180529-23 dated 29th May 2018 wherein SEBI, vide its Order no. WTM/MPB/SEBI/NRO/ 13 /2018 dated May 29, 2018, had inter-alia restrained F6 Finserve Pvt. Ltd, F6 Commodities Pvt. Ltd and others from accessing the securities market and are further prohibited from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities, either directly or indirectly, or being associated with the securities market in any manner whatsoever, till further directions.
SEBI, now vide its Order no. WTM/ AB / SEBI/ NRO/ 07 /2018-19 dated December 14, 2018 hereby confirm that the directions issued vide ad interim ex parte order dated May 29, 2018 as against the Noticees mentioned in the aforesaid order, shall continue until further orders.
This Order shall come into force with immediate effect.
A copy of the said Order is attached herewith and also available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.
Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
