This is with reference to. 20180215-14 dated February 15, 2018 regarding Introduction of Scan-Mandate on BSE StAR MF platform.
MFIs/MFD/RIAs are hereby informed that, BSE is pleased to introduce prefilled mandate and scan upload facility based on the requests of our members.
Prefilled Mandate & Scan Upload:
As per the current process, the members are required to register the mandate by entering the minimal details. The details will be auto populated by the system as per the Client Registration(UCC).

The facility is provided to the member either to submit the physical mandate or to download the prefilled mandate and upload as scan. The menu path is given below for download of mandate:
Physical – The mandate is downloaded with all the relevant details. The members have to take the signature of the client and provide the physical copy to the Exchange.
Scan – The mandate is downloaded with all the relevant details. The members have to take the signature of the client and upload the scan copy.

In order to smoothen the process of uploading of mandates on BSE StAR MF for the members, the naming convention has been changed as “Mandateid”
