Hon’ble High court of Delhi vide its order dated July 12, 2018 had initiated Liquidation process against Hanung Toys & Textiles Ltd. (Scrip Code: 532770) and Official Liquidator attached to Hon’ble High court of Delhi is appointed as Liquidator.
Hence, to avoid market complications, trading in the equity shares of Hanung Toys & Textiles Ltd. (Scrip Code: 532770) will be suspended w.e.f. Friday, October 12, 2018.
