This is with reference to Exchange Notice no.20180808-33 dated August 8, 2018 regarding Submission of Networth Certificate, Auditor’s Report & Audited Annual Accounts for the financial year ended on March 31, 2018 by October 30, 2018
Trading members of the Exchange are hereby informed that last date for submission of Networth Certificate, Computation of Networth, Auditor’s Report & Audited Annual Accounts for the financial year ended on March 31, 2018 is extended up to December 31, 2018 as the last date for filing of financial statements has been extended till December 31, 2018 by MCA vide its notification dated October 29, 2018. Members are requested to take a note of the same and submit the complete documents on or before December 31, 2018 in order to avoid any penal action for late/ non submission as mentioned in our aforesaid notices.
