This is with reference to the communication received from SEBI on the captioned subject. Trading members are required to provide the data as per attached annexure every quarter on regular basis by 12th of the succeeding month for construction of the STPI. Exchange shall communicate with the relevant trading members to provide the data. Further, the Exchange shall issue a separate notice in due course, mentioning the revised timelines w.r.t the remaining trading members.
Please note below points while providing the data:
1. The frequency of providing data would be on a quarterly basis.
2. The historical data since FY 2013-14, i.e. April-June 2013 to April-June 2018 to be provided initially latest by September 24, 2018.
3. Data since July-September 2018 onwards to be provided subsequently on regular basis by 12th of next month. For example, for July - September 2018 quarter, data to be provided by October 12, 2018.
4. The data should be in strict adherence to the attached annexure. Please follow the instructions provided in the annexure for the same.
5. The data should be provided only in excel and name of excel file should be a combination of member code and quarter for which the data is being provided. For example 1234_Apr-June2013.xlsx
6. Data should be sent through email at bse.stpi@bseindia.com with subject line ‘Data meant for STPI’.
