This is in continuation to Exchange Notice No.20170428-6 dated April 28, 2017 regarding Bulk/Block deals data.
Exchange provides an indicative report of deals to trading members on a daily basis after market hours through Extranet.

Trading Members can now submit request for changes in Bulk/ Block reporting through BEFS System for faster processing and online reporting for any disclosures to the Exchange with respect to the information pertaining to bulk trades and /or trades done under the block deals session/ market on the same day of trade.
In case of any mismatch, trading members shall make necessary changes / corrections in the BEFS system within 30 minutes from the time the indicative bulk / block deal report are downloaded.

The process for submitting such requests is being provided in the attached Annexure.
Trading Members can start using the facility w.e.f October 15th 2018 i.e. changes for bulk / block transactions shall be through new process as explained in attached Annexure.
The bulk/block reporting through BEFS shall replace the existing process as mentioned in the Notice No. 20170428-6 dated April 28, 2017.
Accordingly, requests for bulk/block disclosure changes through fax/e-mail shall not be accepted on and after October 15th 2018.
