Sub: Ex Parte Ad-Interim Order under Sections 11(4), 11B and 11D Of The Securities And Exchange Board Of India Act, 1992 Read With Regulation 35 Of Securities And Exchange Board Of India (Intermediaries) Regulations, 2008 In Re Non-Compliances And Violations Of Provisions Of Stock Brokers Regulations And Other Circulars in respect of CPR Capital Services Ltd. and others.
SEBI, vide its Order no. WTM/MPB/SEBI/NRO/44/2018 dated September 25, 2018 has inter-alia restrained the following entities from accessing the securities market and are further prohibited from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities, either directly or indirectly, or being associated with the securities market in any manner whatsoever, till further directions.

Further, as mentioned in the aforesaid order the entities viz. CHP Finance Pvt. Ltd. (AABCC5031H) and IFL Promoters Ltd. (AAACI5322C) are directed to deposit the amount as mentioned in the attached order in an interest bearing escrow account held with a nationalized bank, within 30 days from the date of receipt of this order. In the event of failure to comply with the above directions, they shall, from the 31st day of receipt of this order, be restrained from accessing the securities market and shall also be prohibited from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities, either directly or indirectly, or being associated with the securities market in any manner whatsoever, till further directions.
This order shall come into force with immediate effect.
A copy of the said Order is attached herewith and also available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.
Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
