Sub: Order under Section 11B of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992,
in respect of Multicolour Offset Limited
SEBI vide its Order no. WTM/RKA/EFD/DRA II/58/2016 dated May 31, 2016 has, inter-alia, restrained and prohibited Multicolour Offset Limited from accessing the securities market and from buying, selling or dealing in securities, directly or indirectly, in whatsoever manner, till it obtains SCORES authentication in terms of the SEBI circular dated August 13, 2012 and resolves all the investor grievances pending against it.
This Order shall come into force with immediate effect.
A copy of the said order is attached herewith and also available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.
Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
