Sub: Order Under Section 11(4) read with 11B of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 read with regulations 11 and 12 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Fraudulent and Unfair Trade Practices relating to Securities Market) Regulations, 1995 in respect of Sawaca Communications Ltd
SEBI vide its order no. WTM/RKA/IVD/134/2014 dated November 14, 2014 has, inter-alia, restrained Sawaca Communications Ltd. from accessing the securities market and prohibited it from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities, directly or indirectly, in any manner, whatsoever, for a period of one year from the date of this order.
This Order shall come into force with immediate effect.
A copy of the said order is attached herewith and also available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.
Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
