Sub: Order Under Sections 11(1), 11(4), 11B and 11D of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 read with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013 in respect of Operator Tips Global its Proprietor Mr. Mrinal Chadha and his Company Saanjh Advisory (OPC) Private Limited.
SEBI, vide its Order no. WTM/MPB/EFD1- DRAIV-122/2018 dated January 12, 2018, has inter-alia directed, Mr. Mrinal Chadha (PAN AVLPC5388F), Operator Tips Global and Saanjh Advisory (OPC) Private Limited (PAN AAWCS4633A) not to, directly or indirectly, access the securities market, and are prohibited from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in the securities market, directly or indirectly in whatsoever manner, till the expiry of 4 years from the date of refund of the money as directed in the Order.
This order shall come into force with immediate effect.
A copy of the said order is attached herewith and also available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.
Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
