Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that pursuant to SEBI Whole Time Member’s Order No. WTM/PS/40/IVD/ID-10/DEC/2011 dated December 27, 2011, and communication received vide SEBI’s letter no. SEBI/HO/EFD/DRA-3/OW/P/2016/MC/AA/13008/1 dated May 4, 2016, SAT Order dated 6^th May, 2016 in Appeal no 105 of 2016 and the Order of Hon’ble Supreme Court dated May 20, 2016, the certificate of registration of the stock broker Networth Stock Broking Ltd (New name : Monarch Networth Capital Limited),Clg no. 197, SEBI Regn No. INZ000008037 has been suspended in the cash segment for a period of one month.

 The aforesaid order shall come into effect with effect from 21^st May, 2016.

 Trading Members of the Exchange are requested to take note of the same.
