This is with reference to Exchange notice no. 20230406-59 dated April 06, 2023 and 20230413-31 dated April 13, 2023, requiring all trading members to carry out a complete internal audit for the half year ended March 31, 2023.
In view of the above, members are reminded to submit the Internal Audit Report on or before May 31,2023, through BEFS (BSE Electronic Filing System) in the prescribed format and comply with the regulatory requirements to avoid any penal charges/disciplinary action for the non/late submission of the report in accordance with Exchange notice no. 20220601-52 dated June 01, 2022.
