Sub: Order in the matter of Ricoh India Ltd.
In continuation to the Exchange Notice No. 20180212-29 dated February 12,2018 and 20180816-31 dated August 16,2018 on the captioned matter.
SEBI vide its order no. WTM/SM/CFID/CFID2/23245/2022-23 dated January 30, 2023, has inter-alia issued following direction:
- Noticees no. 1, 3, 4, and 6 are restrained from accessing the securities market and further are prohibited from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities (including units of mutual funds), directly or indirectly, or being associated with the securities market in any manner, whatsoever, for a period of 5 years. The period already undergone by them by virtue of Interim Order dated February 18,2018 shall be allowed to be set-off from this period.
· Noticees no. 2 and 5 are restrained from accessing the securities market and further are prohibited from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities (including units of mutual funds), directly or indirectly, or being associated with the securities market in any manner, whatsoever, for a period of 3 years from the date of this Order.
This Order is effective from the date of the order.
A copy of the said Order is attached herewith and available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.
Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
