In continuation to SEBI circular bearing reference no. CIR/MIRSD/14/2011 dated August 02, 2011 and BSE notice bearing reference no. 20110808-8 dated August 08, 2011, SEBI has issued the attached circular bearing reference no. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/ MIRSD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2022/163 dated November 28, 2022 regarding procedure for seeking prior approval for change in control.
