The Exchange had delisted the company Autoriders Finance Limited. w.e.f. March 3, 2021 (vide notice no. 20210301-13 dated March 1, 2021), pursuant to delisting of the company by NSE.
Trading members of the Exchange are hereby informed that NSE has changed the status of the company from “Delisted” to “Suspended” (Notice dated September 14, 2022) with effect from September 15, 2022, pursuant to order passed by the Hon’ble Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT).
In view thereof, the status of the company (details given below) would be changed from “Delisted” to “Suspended” w.e.f. October 24, 2022.
