Sub: Action against the Defaulting Companies for non-payment of Annual Listing Fees (ALF) – Equity Segment
In continuation to the Exchange’s Notice no. 20190903-37 dated September 3, 2019, Notice no. 20200303-40 dated March 03, 2020 Exchange had identified the companies which have failed to pay outstanding annual listing fees as per Regulation 14 of SEBI (Listing obligations and disclosure requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Trading Members are requested to note that on account of compliance with aforesaid requirement by the company, no further action shall be taken against following company and trading in the securities of the companies would remain under suspension for other reason(s).
