Sub: In the matter of insider trading in shares of Infosys Limited (Ankush Bhutra).
In continuation to the Exchange Notice No. 20210601-1 dated May 31, 2021 on the captioned matter.
Now SEBI vide its email dated June 23, 2021 has confirmed that the directions for entity Mr. Ankush Bhutra (PAN: ASIPB1460F) mentioned at para 71.2 and 71.5 of the Interim Order WTM/MPB/ISD/192/2021 dated May 31, 2021 are complied.
Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
