Discontinuation of disclosure requirement by trading members on their holdings in various listed companies |

This is with reference to the Exchange notice nos. 20131129-20 dated November 29, 2013, 20140214-21 dated February 14, 2014 and 20140318-27 dated March 18, 2014 advising trading members to disclose their holdings of 1% or more of the share capital of the listed companies ((either on their own behalf and/or collectively on behalf of their client/s) on a quarterly basis in the BSE Electronic Filing System (BEFS),) within 45 days from the end of the quarter.
In this regard, during the recent meeting of SEBI with the Exchanges, it has been decided to discontinue the aforesaid disclosure requirement with immediate effect. i.e. from quarter ended March 2021 onwards.
All trading members are requested to take note of the same.
