With reference to the Notice No. 20210219-31 and directions issued by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and in continuation to the notice no. 20200303-40 dated March 03, 2020 issued by BSE Ltd (Exchange), trading in the shares of the defaulting companies for non-payment of Annual Listing Fees (ALF) of the Exchange would be allowed on Trade for Trade basis only on the first trading day of every week with effect from Monday, March 01, 2021.
Trading Members are requested to note trading in the shares of following companies would not be allowed on Trade for Trade basis only on the first trading day of every week as these companies are already suspended for other reasons.
