This is with reference to SEBI notice SEBI/HO/MIRSD/DOP/CIR/P/2020/61 dated April 16, 2020 and Exchange Notice no. 20200417-28 dated April 17, 2020, wherein SEBI has relaxed certain compliance requirements by Members on account of the prevailing coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
In view of the prevailing COVID19 situation, the due date to submit half yearly Networth certificate as on March 31, 2020 from an auditor confirming the Networth has been extended up to June 30, 2020.
Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby requested to submit Networth Certificate & Computation of Networth as on March 31, 2020, as per formats prescribed (as applicable) latest by June 30, 2020.
Further members are requested to note that:
1. Submissions of Networth Certificate & Computation of Networth are required to be made online in electronic format through BSE Portal (BEFS: BSE Electronic Filing System) by June 30, 2020.
2. Details of the documents to be submitted are mentioned below:
3. The BSE Portal (BEFS) link for updating / uploading the above will be made available from May 25, 2020 onwards.
4. Details regarding actions for non-compliance of the provisions of this notice are provided in Annexure 4.
5. Procedure for online submission of the documents through BEFS is provided in the BEFS Upload Manual (refer Annexure 5(i),5(ii) & 5(iii)
