This is further to the Exchange Notice no. 20121101-16 dated November 1, 2012, 20130621-11 dated June 21, 2013 and 20130925-15 dated September 25, 2013 wherein all the stock brokers were advised to review and define the requirement of placement of orders. Further, Compliance officer of the stock broker shall submit a certificate on the same, to the Exchange on a quarterly basis through BEFS only.
Further, stock brokers may please note that, electronic submission of the Quarterly Compliance Certificate will be available in BEFS (BSE Electronic Filing System) from April 1, 2020 till April 30, 2020 for the quarter ended March, 2020.
Stock brokers need to follow below mentioned steps to submit Quarterly Compliance Certificate:
(1) Log on to https://befs.bseindia.com
(2) Log on to BEFS using User ID and password provided earlier.
(3) Click on sub menu “Quarterly Compliance Certificate” for “Execution of Order” icon provided in the menu.
The stock brokers who are facing problem to open either BEFS application or any module of application, kindly refer Internet setting document attached herewith.
A User Manual for Quarterly Compliance Certificate Module is attached herewith.
Modification in the details submitted earlier will be allowed till the last day of submission for the quarter. The Records uploaded as on last day of submission will be considered as final submission to the Exchange.
Stock brokers using the BEFS system for the first time may contact Helpdesk, for guidance. Those stock brokers facing problem of incorrect password, can use the ‘Forgot Password’ option provided on the BEFS.
