Sub: SAT Order in the matter of The Canning Industries Cochin Ltd.
In continuation to the Exchange Notice Nos. 20190319-2 dated March 19, 2019 on the captioned matter.
The Hon’ble Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) vide its order dated 28.01.2020, has stated interim order as well as the impugned order and the directions against the entity The Canning Industries Cochin Ltd. so issued are all quashed.
This Order is effective from the date of the order.
A copy of the said Order is attached herewith and also available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.
Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
