Sub: SAT Order in the matter of Sapna Dilip Bombaywala
In continuation to the Exchange Notice Nos. 20190212-36 dated February 12, 2019 and 20190710-28 dated July 10, 2019 on the captioned matter.
The Hon’ble Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) vide its order dated 28.01.2020, has stated that the reasons stated in Appeal no.97 of 2019, Nishith M. Shah HUF vs. SEBI decided on 16th January 2020, thereby the impugned order against Sapna Dilip Bombaywala cannot be sustained and is quashed.
This Order is effective from the date of the order.
A copy of the said Order is attached herewith and also available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.
