SUB. :- Resumption of Trading in Debentures of Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd. (scrip code: 953515)
This is in continuation of Exchange Notice No. 20170324-3 dated 24th March, 2017, informing therein the Record date fixed on 29/03/2017 by Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd. for the purpose of Exercise of Put Option on the following Debentures of the Company.
The Company has now informed that it had not received notice for exercising the Put Option from any of the debentures holders till the end of March 29, 2017 being the last date of receiving notice for exercise of Put Option. Accordingly, the said Put Option had automatically lapsed.
Further, the company has now requested to revoke the suspension of the aforesaid said debentures.
In view of the above, Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the dealing in the below mentioned Debentures shall be resumed on the Exchange w.e.f. January 29, 2020, (DR-206/2019-2020) :
