Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that pursuant to the SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009 as amended from time to time, the company has complied with the formalities for voluntary delisting of Equity shares. Accordingly, the trading in the equity shares of Santosh Industries Limited (Scrip Code: 540822) will be discontinued w.e.f. Wednesday, November 20, 2019.
Further the above scrip will be delisted from the Exchange records w.e.f. Wednesday, November 27, 2019.
Trading Members may further note that the exit option will be kept open by the Acquirers/ Promoters/ Promoters Group, Mr. Surendra Kumar Dugar, Mrs. Madhu Dugar, Mrs. Pratibha Dugar, Mr. Sanyam Dugar, Mr. Rishabh Dugar, Mr. Shreyans Dugar, Mrs. Vinita Dugar, Mr. Anant Dugar, Surendra Kumar Dugar HUF and Kamal Kumar Dugar HUF, for the remaining public shareholders for a period of minimum one year from the date of delisting at the rate of Rs.310/- (Rupees Three Hundred Ten only) per Equity Share, being the exit price determined.
