Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench, has ordered for commencement of liquidation process for IVRCL Ltd. (Scrip Code: 530773) w.e.f. July 26, 2019 and has appointed Mr. Sutanu Sinha, Resolution Professional as Liquidator
Hence, to avoid market complications, trading in the equity shares of IVRCL Ltd. (Scrip Code: 530773) will be suspended w.e.f. Tuesday, September 03, 2019.
