Sub: Order under Sections 11 and 11B of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 in respect of M/s. Gujarat Nitrates Ltd.
SEBI vide its Order no. WTM/SKM/EFD1-DRAII/ 17 /2019-20 dated August 23, 2019 has inter-alia restrained and prohibited Gujarat Nitrates Ltd (PAN : Not Available), from accessing the Securities market and further prohibit it from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities, directly or indirectly in any manner, till the Noticee Company resolves the investor grievances pending against it. During the period of restraint, the existing holding of the Noticee Company including units of mutual funds, shall remain frozen.
This Order shall come into force with immediate effect.
A copy of the said Order is attached herewith and also available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.
Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
