Trading members of the Exchange are hereby informed that, pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation as notified by Government of India under Section9 of Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertaking) Act,1970/1980 after consultation with Reserve Bank of India, inter alia, between Dena Bank and Bank Of Baroda, Bank Of Baroda has fixed the Record Date to determine the entitlement of shareholders of Dena Bank to equity shares of Bank Of Baroda.
Trading Members are advised not to deal in the equity shares of Dena Bank with effect from the under mentioned date:

Scheme of Amalgamation: -
On the commencement of the Scheme, Bank Of Baroda shall issue and allot Equity Shares to the shareholders of Dena Bank in the following share exchange ratio:
“110 (One Hundred & Ten) equity shares of Rs.2/- each of BOB for every 1000(One Thousand) equity shares of Rs.10/- each of Dena Bank.”
