This is with reference to our Notice No. 20180215-14 dated February 1, 2018 & 20181006-1 dated October 6, 2018 regarding “Introduction of Scan-Mandate on BSE StAR MF platform”.
MFIs/MFDs/RIAs are hereby informed that, as per the requests received from members we have enhanced our system to accept scan mandate up to 2 MB earlier limit was 30 KB. Any file exceeding above the prescribed limit will not be accepted, the other specification of the scan mandate will remain same.
Further the system has been enhanced to accept images for mandates which have been rejected with remarks as “Initial Rejection” due to various reasons. These mandates re-uploaded by members will be sent for reprocessing further , members are requested to re upload the image with the corrections.
Additional column will be added in the coming days, in the Mandate Details Report where the date of re-upload will be populated.
