Sub. : Revised timings for funds settlement process for bids placed on Electronic Book Provider (EBP) platform.
This is with reference to the BSE Notice No. 20180424-45 dated April 24, 2018 and ICCL Notice No.20180328-54 dated March 28, 2018, regarding ‘Mechanism for issuance of Debt securities on Private Placement basis through Electronic Book Mechanism‘.
In this connection, participants are hereby informed that the timelines for settlement of bids on BSE BOND (EBP) have been revised as per the details given in Annexure I. The revised timelines for settlement of EBP will be applicable to all issues announced and notified on or after April 27, 2018.
