Sub: Order under Sections 11, 11(4) and 11B of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 in the matter of Dhyana Finstock Limited
Attention of the trading members is invited to Exchange Notice No. 20160601-28 dated June 1 2016 wherein SEBI vide its Order No. WTM/RKA/ISD/59/2016 dated June 01, 2016 had, inter-alia, restrained 76 entities from accessing the securities markets, and buying, selling or dealing in securities, either directly or indirectly, in any manner, till further directions and subsequent confirmatory Orders passed by SEBI dated August 24, 2016 (issued vide Exchange Notice No. 20160824-16 dated August 24, 2016), October 10, 2016 (issued vide Exchnage Notice No. 20161013-28 dated October 13, 2016), October 28, 2016 (issued vide Exchnage Notice NO. 20161028-39 dated October 28, 2016), November 01, 2016 (issued vide Exchnage Notice No. 20161101-25 dated November 1, 2016) and May 26, 2017 (issued vide Exchange Notice No. 20170526-23 dated May 26, 2017).
SEBI now, vide its Order no. WTM/MPB/EFD-1-DRA-I/168 /2018 dated April 24, 2018 has inter-alia issued the following directions:
Ø Revoked the confirmatory Orders dated August 24, 2016, October 10, 2016, October 28, 2016, November 01, 2016 and May 26, 2017 qua aforesaid 34 entities (Attached as Annexure) with immediate effect.
Ø Directed the Exchange to release the pay-out of sale proceeds for the trades executed on July 27, 2015 in respect of below mentioned entities viz.,:
1. Jyotiben Mahendrabhai Shah (PAN: ANHPS8282Q)
2. Ankit Mahendrabhai Shah (PAN: ANTPS6591E)
3. Fancy Augustine Christian (PAN: AOSPC1308R)
4. Jignesh Sudhirbhai Shah (PAN: BBNPS1083E)
5. Niravkumar Surendrakumar Shah (PAN: APMPS5755B)
6. Shah Palakben Niravkumar (PAN: BKSPS8111B)
It may also be noted that the directions issued vide Orders dated August 24, 2016, October 10, 2016, November 01, 2016 and May 26, 2017 against the remaining 41 entities shall continue.
This order shall come into force w.e.f. April 24, 2018
