Sub: Addendum to the Order dated October 10, 2017 bearing Reference Number WTM/MPB/EFD-1-DRA-IV/60/2017 in the matter of Roofers Capital Mangement Limited.
SEBI, vide its Order No.WTM/MPB/EFD-1-DRA-IV/60A/2017 dated December 12, 2017 has stated that the effect and implementation of the said SEBI Order is subject to the directions passed by the Hon’ble High Court in its Order dated March 14, 2017and September 14, 2017. This Order shall be part of the SEBI Order dated October 10, 2017 and shall be read along with the SEBI Order.
This Order shall be come into force w.e.f. December 12, 2017.
A copy of the said order is attached herewith and also available on the SEBI website www.sebi.gov.in.
Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
