Further to our Notice No. 20171016-26 dated 16th October, 2017 regarding Listing of Equity Shares of Mideast Integrated Steels Limited (Scrip Code - 540744), the trading members are hereby informed that the Number of Equity shares held by Promoters to be kept under lock-in is being revised to 6,40,63,283 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each instead of 3,29,37,283 equity shares as mentioned. The revision is only with regards to Number of Equity Shares while the period of lock – in will be the same i.e till September 15, 2020.
Details of Equity Shares held by Promoters are to be kept under Lock – in is attached here with as Annexure A
Remaining contents of our Notice No. 20171016 - 26 dated 16th October, 2017 shall remain unchanged.
